Refund or Exchange

You can cancel your order until it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us promptly.

If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Opened items incur a 20% restocking fee. A credit note valid for one year will be issued.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging.
Full Refund: Items returned within one day are eligible for a full refund.
Processing Time: Items returned after one day may take up to ten working days for processing.
Restocking Fee: Items returned after three days will incur a 5% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Method: Customers choose and pay for the return shipping method.
Used Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges of used products.
Refund Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method unless banking procedures require a cheque, issued within seven working days of verification.
Return Labels: We do not offer downloadable return labels; customers must create their own.
Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If confirmed, the refund process begins and may take up to ten working days.
